Each of our tools has a feedback button in the bottom corner. Use it to report issues or suggest improvements directly from the calculator or planner you are using. Your current tool state is included automatically, which helps us reproduce and fix problems faster.
We read every message and feedback submission. For calculation errors, please include your school name and the courses involved so we can verify. For account or saved-plan issues, include the email address you used to sign in, the browser you were using, and a short description of what happened. We typically respond within a few business days.
We are not admissions consultants and cannot review individual applications or provide personalized admissions advice. Our tools are designed to give you accurate data so you can make your own informed decisions.
